Hume Elementary School - Winter Concert 2023

Hume Elementary celebrated the winter season with their community and their annual 2023 Winter Concert.  

We had over 500 of our parents, grandparents, relatives, friends, and guests come out to take in the 2023 Hume Winter Concert.  The students did a wonderful job of representing the school, themselves, and the community.  Each of the class performances was unique and filled with positive festive vibes!  No better way in which to ring in the winter holidays. 

The students came together as a community and group to showcase the diligent work, practice, and choreography for each of the songs.  The students should be celebrated for: 

          - working well together as a cohesive group,

          - maintaining their focus, determination, and resilience, 

          - bringing forth their "BEST" and demonstrating mastery of the songs, 

         - building confidence and contributing to the overall community. 

A thank you to Mr. Nugent-Smith for his passionate work with all of the students and hard work in pulling together all of the logistics.  A thank you as well to all the staff, students, and parents who supported decorating, handing out programs, organizing, and other behind-the-scenes logistics.  

Wishing everyone a holiday season filled with spirit, time, and hot chocolate!

For those of us who could not make the concert, or if you want to re-live the experience, or share with friends/family a Vimeo link of the concert (along with password) will be made available on Classdojo and by parent email.  The link will be accessible until December 21st and then a new link will come out on December 22nd.
