A big thank you out to the SD8 operations staff - Chris Kerr (Director), Dave Hearn (Foreman), Nathan Robertson (carpenter), and Shaun Placsko (electrician) – for the support in the installation of acoustic tile in the Hume School studio/gymnasium. 

The project is now completed and adds value to our school for students, families and staff at Hume, and as a space we can invite other students, educators and support staff in SD8 to use for professional development and other meetings or gatherings that benefit learners.  

The sound quality is noticeably improved due to the installation of the tile. What a great improvement to our school - thank you, operations team!
